7. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL ADDITION)
AQS Services require integration with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to: Trading platforms (e.g., NinjaTrader); Market data providers (e.g., CME Group); AQS: Does not control these services.
Is not responsible for: Performance; Availability; Pricing; Data accuracy.
Users are solely responsible for: Maintaining active third-party accounts; Ensuring proper configuration and access.
8. TECHNICAL ELIGIBILITY DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT ADDITION)
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their systems meet all technical requirements, including but not limited to: Compatible operating systems (e.g., Windows-based environments); Adequate hardware specifications; Stable high-speed internet connection.
Failure to meet these requirements: May impact functionality; Does not entitle the user to any refund.
9. Recording Disclosure & Express Consent Agreement

By remaining in this session, you acknowledge and agree that AQS may record the entirety of this live market insight session, webinar, or educational tutorial (the "Session"). These recordings include, but are not limited to, audio, video, still images, and any data or text shared via chat functions or screen-sharing.
1. Purpose of Collection: AQS collects these recordings for educational, quality assurance, internal training, and promotional purposes. The recordings may be stored, reproduced, and distributed by AQS across its digital platforms and SaaS infrastructure globally.
2. Express Consent: Your continued participation in this Session constitutes your express informed consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information (including your voice, likeness, and name) as captured in the recording, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and AQS’s Corporate Privacy Policy.
