1. INTRODUCTION
Atlas Quant Systems (AQS) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to applicable modern slavery legislation and sets out the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not occurring within our organisation or supply chain.
2. OUR BUSINESS
AQS is a technology-driven SaaS platform providing algorithmic trading indicators, analytical tools, and educational content for professional traders. We are headquartered in Ontario, Canada, and operate primarily in the digital services sector.
3. OUR SUPPLY CHAINS
Our supply chains primarily consist of: cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (AWS); payment processing services (Moneris); identity verification services (KYC providers); and professional services consultants. We assess all suppliers for ethical business practices.
4. OUR POLICIES
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Our internal policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains.
5. DUE DILIGENCE
As part of our due diligence process, we: evaluate new suppliers against our ethical standards; conduct periodic reviews of existing supplier relationships; require key suppliers to confirm compliance with applicable laws regarding modern slavery; and maintain open communication channels for reporting concerns.
6. RISK ASSESSMENT
Given the nature of our business as a digital SaaS platform, we consider our exposure to modern slavery risk to be relatively low. However, we remain vigilant and continuously monitor our operations and supply chains.
7. TRAINING
All AQS team members are made aware of our commitment to preventing modern slavery and are expected to report any concerns through our internal reporting channels.
